What do I need in order to study?

A device with an internet connection. Tools used for making work are listed on the course page.

Can I download the materials?

Yes. Materials for a course you have purchased can be downloaded.

Can people who have not purchased see the materials?

No. Materials are available only to people who have purchased the course.

Can I purchase from outside Japan?

Course pages are available in Japanese and English. Payment is handled by Shopify; available payment methods are shown at checkout.

What language is the material audio in?

Japanese. Our plan is to provide English subtitles. English dubbing is not included.

Can I ask questions before purchasing?

Yes — about course content, price, how to purchase and how to study. The contents of the paid materials are provided after purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Refund conditions for digital materials are shown at checkout and in the terms. These are being prepared.

What happens to my materials or lesson if I get a refund?

Once a refund completes, downloading the course material and AI support for that course are no longer available. If you purchased the online lesson, booking access is also no longer available.
