LIVE ONLINE

Learn directly in a live online lesson.

?
Eligible online lessons use Google Meet. Available lessons, time slots, changes and cancellation conditions follow the purchase and booking screens.

For eligible courses, learners who meet the relevant purchase or ticket requirements can book an available slot and learn live with the instructor — asking, in the moment, about the parts a recording cannot make clear.

WHO IT IS FOR

Live lessons suit you if

?
Eligible online lessons use Google Meet. Available lessons, time slots, changes and cancellation conditions follow the purchase and booking screens.

You want to ask as it happens

You want someone to watch where you get stuck and respond on screen.

You want feedback on your own work

You want individual comments on the thing you are actually making.

You find self-study hard to sustain

A booked time helps you hold a rhythm.

Materials alone are not enough

You have studied the materials and want the remaining questions resolved.

STEP BY STEP

From purchase, through the lesson, to afterwards

?
If your purchase includes booking rights, choose from available lesson slots. Confirm the date, time zone and change conditions on the booking screen.
  1. Check the course

See on the course page whether live lessons are offered and what is required to attend.

  2. Purchase and eligibility

Continue through the purchase route shown. Required entitlements or tickets vary by course.

  3. Book a slot

Once booking is enabled, choose from the published available slots. The booking screen is authoritative for availability.

  4. Confirmation

When the booking is confirmed, the details you need are shown. The join link is for you personally.

  5. Pre-lesson confirmation and consent

Before the lesson, consent covering how records are handled may be shown. Please read it before continuing.

  6. Join the online meeting

Google Meet is the current primary platform. Have a stable connection and somewhere you can use sound.

  7. After the lesson

If something was wrong, you can report it through the learner-side path for that purchase or booking.

PLATFORM

The meeting platform

Google Meet is the current primary online meeting platform, and the system is designed so another supported provider can be used when operationally necessary. The instructor hosts from their own account. Please do not share your join link or account details with anyone else.

LESSON EVIDENCE

Recording, transcription and AI summaries

For paid live lessons, the system is designed to record, transcribe and AI-summarise the session as a rule, for quality management and dispute handling. For technical or other reasons, some or all of this may not be possible, so a complete record is not guaranteed to exist.

  • What is carried out, and how it is handled, follows the applicable terms, the privacy notice and the consent shown before the lesson.
  • It is not intended for routine monitoring. Where there is a legitimate operational need such as dispute handling, the Owner or an authorised administrator can review records under access controls.
  • These records are not a feature for distributing lesson replays to learners. Whether anything is distributed follows the information given for that course or purchase.
BEFORE THE LESSON

What to have ready

  • A stable internet connection and somewhere you can use sound
  • A device with a working camera and microphone (whether you need to show your hands varies by course)
  • Any tools used for making work — follow what the course page lists
  • A note of what you want to ask. You can use AI support to shape those questions first.
CONDITIONS

Cancellation, rescheduling and reporting problems

?
If your purchase includes booking rights, choose from available lesson slots. Confirm the date, time zone and change conditions on the booking screen.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions follow the terms shown for the relevant purchase or booking. They are not necessarily identical for every course, so check the applicable page before purchasing. This page does not state a single site-wide cancellation deadline as if it were settled.

  • The conditions displayed in the purchase and booking screens are authoritative.
  • If there was a problem with the lesson or how it ran, use the learner-side problem reporting path for that purchase or booking.
  • Once a refund completes, downloading that course's material and its AI support are no longer available. For an online lesson, booking access is also no longer available.
